"This was the absolutely perfect hotel for our college visits. Walkable to Smith and easy access to the other schools in the Five Colleges. There were so many cute shops, coffee shops with awesome coffee and bagels and restaurants to explore. Even with all that going on, the room was nice and quiet. The staff was so pleasant. Everything was just perfect!"
"My wife and I we were in room 119 and above our heads was naughty children and they kept running most of the night and early in the morning. That was the only problem that we had with our stay there."

"Looked like short staffed but really didn’t need any service other than grab our trash. I think we have to ask for that because they did not. We were there two nights. Overall nice people. Area around not so wonderful. We got woke up at 1:30am fun shots on the road of the hotel. This hotel was clean and friendly though "

"Staff was great. Room pretty clean, but cracked window, pool out of service but the front outside had beautiful landscaping and picnic table. 0 frills, yet location was perfect for our stay."
