5/5 Excellent
"The property is like a little sanctuary. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had drinks each afternoon at the terrace restaurant and sat one evening in the pool. Very clean and comfortable."

"Staff was extremely kind. Their travel agent Carmen is amazing, she booked us trips and made sure we were safe. We didn’t know that there was a teacher’s strike and many streets around our hotel were a sea of camping tents and tarps strung across the roads. There were road closures due to the strike. Overall, it was a very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown but apparently we came at a weird time."
"Hotel was cozy. We felt like a family. Everyone was friendly and polite. We are Hispanic and I noticed everything. That's why we like to vacation in Mexico and not in USA where we are from. VIVA MÉXICO!"
