Seasons was a great property. It was fairly busy but to be expected. Even with construction on site the hotel was kept clean and staff were all friendly. The rooms were spacious and very well stocked.

Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating to my son (who needed to borrow a wheelchair) and for the extra special warm welcome to celebrate his 13th birthday! We got a gratuitous upgraded unit with a late checkout AND candies/birthday card delivered to the room! Also, the heated pool was amazing and the underground garage is very spacious and clean.

The property is located in the centre of the village and the restaurants, shops and activities are just steps away. It is well maintained but the parking is a challenge.

The staff at the check-in counter were nice and exhibited a professional attitude. They offered underground parking after we mentioned having difficulty finding a parking area. However, upon checking into our room, we noticed it was unclean; a lady's long hair was still stuck to the bathroom wall, and a Q-tip was on the floor. Additionally, there was no door between the toilet and the shower area, which had a wooden floor. This design could lead to water damage, for which the hotel may charge guests according to their policy. Despite these issues, the staff were well-trained and handled the situation professionally, offering us another room. Although it took a bit longer than expected, their willingness to resolve the problem was evident.
