“This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt.……

“This was our first time in Hilton Head and we would stay again. This unit was in a very good location for beach access and back and forth ( did not have to rely on elevator) which was further away and always had a wait. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the landlords were very accessible. We did not have any issues and everything was as advertised. Very nice and would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend to watch the Heritage golf tournament! The view from the condo is beautiful, and the boardwalk to Coco’s and the beach is an awesome added benefit! All questions were answered promptly by the host which was much appreciated. This condo was about a 15 minute drive to the restaurants we had on our list and to Sea Pines. The elevator to the building was broken, which is not this property owner’s fault, but caused inconvenient wait times at the other……

“Everything you see in the VRBO pictures is completely accurate. This is a smaller 1 bedroom unit with a perfect oceanfront view. You are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. The bathroom is modernized with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen has plenty of counter space. Unfortunately the pool here isn’t heated or cleaned much even in late March so my 7 year old didn’t want to swim in it (pretty much why we booked this unit because it was close to pool) so we ended up purchasing a resort pass to the Omni and using their heated pool one day. “We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even some board games). The short walk to the beach was nice and we saw 2 alligators! The only downside of our stay was that the hot tub was closed the entire last day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family!”

“This is the second time we stayed in this room as a family. Clean, stocked, and ready for arrival. It has as good of a view of the marsh and beach as you're going to get on HHI without renting a home. Pool, bar, boardwalk are all fantastic. I say its not a resort because it is an HOA. Each room is owned and managed by the Owner themselves, not the property manager. There are designated smoking areas that are not required to be used. The room next to us was smoking pot.
