I have never been so disappointed in a property as this one. I have never left a bad review on any property ever. This was this worst one I have ever stayed at. I even had to check out early due to the heat not working. I know one of the beds had a huge stain on it.

Worst experience ever. First off- check in was at 6pm. Our room was NOT EVEN READY until 7:40pm! The room was awful- Air conditioning didn’t work properly (it was very hot and muggy) toilet got clogged because there was NO water pressure in our room. The refrigerator didn’t work. At checkout when we told the front desk- she stated “well you should have called us last night and told us” very rudely and offered no other type of solution or apology Anyways. Literally don’t even waste your money here, you will most likely hate it. Rooms are gross and out dated.

this was the Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, if there was something less then 1 star they would get it, we ran out of toilet paper and they would not give any, we even saw a Rat run across the floor, and it said nothing about a pet fee Turns out its $30 per pet and night you stay. i will never be going back EVER AGAIN!!! they security was even very rude, the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs, the room beside was so noisy we couldn’t even sleep, the toilet wouldn’t flush ether, WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

First time staying here and will certainly be our last. Our room was assigned but switched by the front desk at arrival. It was a downgrade from what we thought we booked. At midnight we were awoken by another guest who was apparently booked for the room we were in. Went down and spoke with the front desk and they moved us to the 2nd building, which we thought was an upgrade. We soon realized that this was actually a downgrade. The a/c didn’t work, it was a constant 78 -80 the entire time. The room was filthy as trash was left on the balcony by the previous guests as well as under the bed. The toilet was bolted to the wall and wobbled every time we used it. There were no ice makers in either of the buildings. The pool was nasty with a black scumline on the tile. The entire outside spaces need to be cleaned or pressure washed. I wanted to end our trip early because it was so bad.
