“This little house was perfect for our family to use while visiting family in the Simpsonville area. My son (3) called it our “adventure” house. While we didn’t use them, I appreciated the washer/dryer capabilities. There were plenty of linens provided and the space and rooms were comfortable. Overall, a great place and just what we needed!”

“My second time staying at this property. The location in West End Greenville cannot be beat. And it includes TWO parking spaces, which are at a premium when Artisphere comes to town. Easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy, or to a Greenville Drive baseball game. (Be forwarned: you WILL hear Fireworks on Friday nights when the Drive are in town!) The unit is clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. Prompt and friendly communication with Hunter, the owner. Looking forward to a future……

“House was very cute. The bathroom doors to the bathroom need to be fixed a bit. They are vintage and very cute but very loud when sliding. If you have to use the bathroom during the night you wake others up. One bedroom only had one electrical outlet and the TV was already plugged in so you may need to bring an adapter with extra plug in spaces. Great location and very quiet. Close to Clemson. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing I mentioned is a deal breaker. 3 TV’s is a help for families……

“This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so……

“This property was everything we needed for our week stay. Myself and 3 friends stayed here for American Bass Anglers National fishing championship and it was great. The property is located close to tackle shops, Portman Marina, Green Pond Landing, gas stations and grocery stores all with in 3 to 6 miles”

“The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds. ”
