“The resort is facing to ocean and close to beach.the resort’s view is beautiful but the room wasn’t good as I feel 5 star resort could be ”

“Staff was incredible and the location is close to everything. Only issue I had was I couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC down in the room(probably operator) no matter what I would do. ”

“Location is fantastic for proximity to Caribe Hilton events, and price was reasonable. Room was comfortable and clean but it smelled strongly of something like Febreeze. After trying to air it out by opening the door to the hallway, it became bearable, but if there were any live personnel, I'd have asked to move to a different room. Otherwise, it was small but functional. I was frustrated that there was no mini fridge, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and there was ice available to……

“Hotel was in a great location and the staff was super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a girls trip and we really needed more than one mirror. The bathroom could use more ventilation but other than that, we had a great stay. The front desk staff was really helpful when we all checked in at different times in the middle of the night. ”
