It was a great hotel and a pleasurable experience. The staff were amazing and helped us with all of our needs and actually guide us to a really really amazing restaurant nearby. We will definitely look to stay there again in the near future.

All around great stay. Walkable area, clean hotel and courteous front desk staff. Only complaint would be the cost of parking on site. We parked in a close parkade for a tenth of the cost.

Hotel itself was clean and safe. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Close to midtown beer gardens which had great food truck options and was a safe space to hang out. City of Portland itself needs help and wouldn’t recommend walking around far.

Amazing! You have a new fan! Friendly staff, every single one. Super clean room, comfy beds (ooolala!). Restaurant served until 11 pm, the limited late night menu was perfect ! GF and veg options as well as meaties. Splendid breakfast! Anthony valet is The. Bomb, Amber & Fernando in the restaurant, Tucker managed, every housekeeper we met. Truly a wonderful wonderful (did I mention wonderful) experience. We’ll be back!

The staff was great. The bed was really comfortable. We always stay at Marriott hotels. This one tho, is not up to Marriott standards. Is not that is dated, but you can see the wear and tear throughout the hotel. The furniture in the lobby looked worn out and the room was dirty with finger prints and liquid splashes. Lobby furniture was also stained. Room furniture was worn out. I was surprised to see that the shower was one of those shower stall inserts with a really bad caulking job. Other Marriotts have nice ceramic tile. The baseboards in the room and throughout hotel were dusty and dirty like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Carpets had stains. We stayed 3 nights so every night I noticed something different. Room service was only done once. Hotel policy, we were told. Valet only parking, is a little pricey, but that's what you get in Portland since parking is limited in that city.
