Beds were way too soft. Towels were two star quality and not enough of them. My biggest complaint is that during the one day of our 6 night stay, we allowed housekeeping in while we were gone. They took all the towels that we had hanging up and didn't supply any new ones. They took all the cups that we were using to eat out of. They took our extra garbage bag that we were using to supplement the tiny in-room trash can. The room was a comfortable size overall. Our stay just lacked the amenities that we would expect of a hotel rated 3 stars.

The staff was great - especially those in the bar/dining. Down-side was the beds are bad. I thought maybe it was just me/mine, but the family members that I was there with also said both of their rooms also had crappy broken down mattresses.

Beautiful and comfortable facility. Bathroom light fixture was loose and wouldn't work all the time. Maintenance fixed it immediately. The handicap shower allowed a puddle of water to accumulate at shower edge. It wouldn't flow toward the drain which had a loose grate. Actually, besides these minor problems, we loved staying there and will stay again next time we come to Portland. We will get a regular room with a tub/shower.
