O que mais se parece um resort é a área da praia que é muito boa, apesar de não saber se havia mais ambulante (importunos) do que hóspedes do Resort…

The hotel estruture was ok. Large hotel very close to the beach. We visit during COVID in April for my birthday. The room we booked was inferior as the one we payed and they didn’t change or refund or money either. Very simple room, bed sheets with old blood stains. My husband planned a surprise cake for me and asked the manager to keep as a secret bringing the cake at a certain time tô be a surprise and 4 of their employees asked me a couple times if the cake was for me destroying the experience. The restaurant food was good but the appetizers were over fried and nasty. The noise was extremely loud during the day. They also allowed some guests to play their own music out loud at night on the pool area and small kids were all over without masks touching the food. The cleaning staff started earlier cleaning the rooms and waking up all guests with their carts yelling to each other on the hallway. We informed the manager about all the inconvenient and they gave us as an apology a sweet treat and still tried to change us for the birthday cake for my birthday that we didi’t eat. Disappointing.

Great staff to manage very limited resources
The pool area is good, but the all inclusive regime offers limited options. The rooms are not really confortable and the air conditioning doesn't fit to the rooms area; the result is a warm room, even if you set the conditioner at max cold. Food quality is fair, but one cannot expect a gastronomic experience. And there is no room service or convenience store. Said so, please don't get hungry after 10 PM.

Fomos no pós carnaval comemorar nosso casamento e fomos extremamente bem recebidos! Nossa acomodação era simples e recebemos upgrade ao saberem que estávamos em lua de mel! O quarto foi decorado com pétalas, extremamente limpo e cheiroso! O atendimento foi impecável! As piscinas são cuidadas diariamente, mas falta um pouco de bom senso dos hóspedes de não entrar com cremes de cabelo e corporais. Tem ações para entretenimento de crianças, a noite tem shows temáticos, a sauna é ótima, tem redes espalhadas pelo resort e em alguns quartos. A alimentação é simples porém farta! Não faltou nada nos dias em que estávamos hospedados. Pegamos noites temáticas com comida japonesa e baiana e um almoço de feijoada que estava DIVINO! chopp Brahma em um bar, cervejas Brahma e Bohêmia em outro (nesse mesmo bar, há serviço de hambúrguer a partir das 17h e pizza a lenha até as 22h), Heineken e Budweiser no bar da praia, espumante em todos, vinhos branco e tinto, e uma carta simples, mas bacana de drinks! Uma sugestão que gostaria de deixar é que há um uso abundantemente de descartáveis como copos, por exemplo. Seria bacana pensarem em uma solução mais sustentável como copos biodegradáveis. Há uma tirolesa que pode ser utilizada tanto por adultos quanto por crianças! O resort também oferece uma toalha por dia para ser usada na praia e piscina, além da de banho no quarto. O resort fica bem próximo do centro histórico e de uns quiosques badalados na orla da praia Parabéns aos funcionários! Amamos

Bom hotel no geral, porém, precisa de mais manutenções constantes nas instalações. Academia toda quebrada e com aparelhos velhos, quarto com goteiras (me alocaram em outro quando relatei o problema), chuveiro desregulado, filtro do ar condicionado imundo. Pelo preço cobrado deveria ser MUITO melhor.

A regras do resort não são bem definidas, alguns funcionários falam uma coisa e outros outra. Fechei o pacote com cerveja Heineken e sorvete, so tinha Heineken na praia, e sorvete para meus filhos não tinha na praia, não tinha espumante na praia somente no resort, fiz uma proposta para me apresentar, fazer uma musica ao vivo e me disseram que a programação estava fechada, sendo que uma das noites ficamos sem entretenimento nenhum. Cafe da manha so tinha suco de laranja pra quem chega bem cedo, é um resort, o que tem 8hs da manha tem que ter as 10hs. Dois dias meus filhos e eu tomamos banho frio, nao havia mais agua quente, era 20hs, enquanto a piscina inferior estava extremamente quente, insuportável, todo mundo reclamou e nada foi feito. O que tornou nossa hospedagem agradável foi o atendimento dos funcionários que estão somente cumprindo ordens, Tiago e Nathan no bar fazem a diferença, Carla na recepção é top demais, os gerentes muito atenciosos e educados, as meninas da limpeza impecáveis, os monitores, Tio Coelho, Tio Neymar, Tio Neymar, Tia Mine, Tia Pocarrontas, Tio chokito, são sensacionais eu não queria ir embora por causa dos amigos que fiz e por causa dos monitores. Puxa vida, é um lugar lindo, merece melhorar, afinal o valor não é inferior dos demais resorts da região. Aguardo um feedback e noticias que as coisas estão melhores.

Olá! Gostaria de pontuar alguns detalhes para melhoria do Risort. Começando pela recepção: Cheguei 2 da tarde, meu checkin foi finalizado 16:40. E Tivemos que ficar esperando o quarto ser limpo, pois não tinha quarto limpo para hospedar a gente. Não tinha papel higiênico no quarto, no outro dia fomos na recepção 10 da manhã e não tinha toalhas limpas para a área de lazer, e sem horário previsto para chegar. Ficamos sem toalhas no quarto tbm!!! Na praia não tem água de coco. Área da piscina 4 da tarde sem som ambiente para os hóspedes… O buffet não tem muitas opções. Comida boa, mas pouca variedade, Pouca opção. Precisa melhorar na parte tbm de animadores da piscina, pois não tem opção. Custo da hospedagem do hotel è alta, esperávamos mais e deixou muito à desejar.
