“The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside. ”

“We rented one size of this duplex for a week for two adults. The place is very clean, very quiet and very safe. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. The pool in the back was a great addition, we would cool off after a day of activities. The beds are very comfortable and with the AC the inside temperature is always as you like it. “The screened in porch is incredible. We spent almost all of our time out there. Everything is well stocked for the beach. I really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. Ariel is awesome, super attentive and responsive. Location is walkable to most everything including grocery store. We did have some ants attack the toothbrush holder (once cleaned it did not happen again) and found a couple tiny lizards inside. Really tiny. It’s an older house, and you have to expect that. Or maybe they snuck……

“This is a great property that was perfect for our family. The property was ideally located just steps from the beach and the Somewhere Restaurant was very convenient for lunch and afternoon drinks and snacks. The service was excellent. The staff at Coral Gardens (local property manager) was very helpful. They had our chairs and umbrellas and towels set up for us just as soon as we asked. The day we arrived there was a torrential down pour and there was some flooding on our drive from the airport- and we regretted our choice in car rental, but the car managed fine on some pot holes roads. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!”
