"My husband and I came in for a one night stay. The check-in process was simple and we were directed to our room. The room was simple, but clean. There was a small stain on the bed skirt. The bed was a little too firm, but that is a personal preference. The bathroom was small but again, it was clean. We did not hear any loud noises throughout the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again."

"Unfortunately due to Hotel.coms ineffective services I was unable to stay-they were booked. However, the location was peculiar which allowed a full emersion into a time hopping experience. Id recommend this location out of shear awe in its antiquity. The staff was amazingly kind, patient and helpful, seeing me through to getting a room at another location and ensuring I would not be charged. Thank you night staff!"

"Only thing i didnt like was the toilet papaer nearly out and the coffee dispensers didnt fit. Otherwise clean and conveniently located close to airport."

"It was very odd not to have a live person at the front desk. My key stopped working after 2 day. Breakfast set up was LATE Loud kids running through the halls in the evenings. Wall are too thin & didn’t block the lous noise of neighbors. Lobby not open 24 hours. Waited outside in low temperature for an uber to arrive."

"The property has received a fresh paint job and renovated rooms and interior of lobby but it is still a work in progress. The highway is noticeable but location does provide ease of access. There's a nice neighborhood to the right of the property and the Buddhist Temple is directly behind it. "

"I was not charged my booking price! Beware as it was stated to me by a Whole Family staff member that bookings for multiple beds/ guests isn’t an option, even though that’s what my booking confirmation said. So I ended up paying nearly $286 even though my booking price with Orbitz was $215.46. Orbitz customer service said I had to go through the Whole Family rep and the rep from Whole Family said I had to take it up with Orbitz. I won’t be staying here or booking with Orbitz EVER AGAIN. "
