Your shuttle driver on 3rd shift doesn't speak any English or Spanish He doesn't know where drop off location is for the airport we were visiting Seattle and he was not helpful dropping us off at the airport arriving for your flight he dropped us off at the pick up location at a far distance to walk with 4 suitcases and 2 carry on he gets a grade of a F and next time we book quality inn we will ask does your shuttle drivers know what there job required

We wound up waiting over an hour for the airport shuttle, despite being assured that it was "almost to the airport" when we called. Front desk was busy repeating that lie to other callers when we checked in... we could see the driver was still on break in the lobby while she said it! If they had been up front that it was going to take that long, we would have just gotten a taxi.

Clean. Food delivery order was very good. Contractor installing dust boards for entire floor hall passage including right outside of room. Fumes were terrible. Made our eyes burn and difficulty sleeping. Reported to front desk, and requested another floor/room. "I'm so sorry" was as far as that went. Only one broken chair for two people. Bed was only other option for sitting down. Note: it was for one night only (lay-over time).

The property is being renovated at present which will enhance it's aesthetics. We liked that it was close to Tacoma airport and in a quiet location. The reception staff was lovely and very welcoming and changed our room without question when we asked. The hotel is quite creaky so we asked for a top floor room which was no problem. Breakfast was plentiful, quickly replenished and a good choice.
