They place was very clean the staff friendly. They do not own their own parking lot but we paid for a spot they lease. We checked in early and parked the car and came back to a 73.00 ticket on the window. It was dealt with after our a bit of persuasion

I loved my view of the awesome dog park across the street. Wonderful staff everyone was so nice and accommodating. I felt safe here, a few homeless people but without problems. And a grocery store beside the dig park Thank you for a great time in Seattle. And Pearl Jam rocked.

The staff at the Belltown Inn are wonderful. We arrived early @ 7:30 am. Check in is 4pm. We were going to store our luggage at the hotel and return at check in time. However, Stephen at the front desk had a room available at 8:00 am and allowed us to check in early. The staff really goes above and beyond to welcome and accommodate their guests. This is an older, well maintained and very clean hotel. They offer free use of bicycles and have an awesome rooftop deck. The location is very convenient with many restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions all within walking distance. Highly recommend to others. Will stay here again in the future.

I did not find the street (going right from the property) to be appealing (boarded up buildings and such); however, I was happy once we entered the hotel. It's small and older, but very clean and comfortable bed. The shower had great hot water/pressure and there was a microwave and refrigerator. Walkable to the Pike Place Market and a good Mexican restaurant on the block and an interesting breakfast place next door (we didn't have time to try it). For the one night before our cruise, it was perfect. They even offered (for a small fee) a shuttle to the pier. Would definitely stay there again if I took another cruise from Seattle.

Hotel itself was pretty good and close to market and restaurants and bars, however the homeless in the area was crazy. Walking back to the hotel late at night I didn’t really feel all that safe.
