“This place is in a wonderful location and so close to downtown Kirkland. If you are a walker or runner it is so close to the Cross Kirkland Corridor trail. This place was very very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Clean up was easy and not demanding like other places. Helen, the hostess was excellent in returning any answers to questions quickly. Would definitely be back!”

“Nice apartment with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable King memory foam bed. Very convenient to SouthCenter Mall and shopping area with a lot of restaurant choices. Assigned parking spot by the door made parking easy. ”

“The unit was clean & comfortable for our two adults & one child. We liked the living room setup & spent a fun evening playing games & watching TV. The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. The host was responsive to my inquiries ahead of check-in. The only downside was figuring out how to get to the parking & into the unit, though this may have been partly due to our arrival late……

“The apartment was beautiful, easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bellevue. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use. Diana was a wonderful host, and she provided terrific support throughout my booking and visit. Moreover, she was available to provide support, but was not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this property, and I expect that I will stay here again for my next visit to Bellevue!”

“Property is exactly as pictured and described, and is conveniently located in northeast Bellevue directly across the street from the Crossroads Mall. Excellent communication with the host, who responded quickly to all queries. Easy check-in and check-out. Unit was clean and well stocked, with lots of toiletries in the main bathroom. There are two flights of stairs outdoors up to the unit and another flight inside up to the bedroom area, plus a short flight up from the garage to the ground……

“Nice property and Helen was always very responsive on every question. The wood floor has bubbled in at least a few key walking places inside the condo and hopefully this will be fixed soon. It’s not terrible but it’s loud when walking on the bubbled spots and it would not be good for someone with unstable balance.”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
