"I enjoyed my stay , the downfall of my stay is that I booked 3rd party so I didn’t get any housekeeping my pull out bed the zipper cover had stains on it, my tvs didn’t work the WiFi code they gave me didn’t work. But other than that it was nice ."

"The studio was perfect for our 2 night stay. The Broad Street location is quieter overnight yet walkable to anywhere you may want to go. Kit is very responsive and provides all you need for your stay. Great visit!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "

"Host was very communicative and check-in was easy. The space over the garage is nicely finished and the small kitchen area is adequate for a short stay. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom, because it doesn’t provide enough privacy. Would be nice to have bath soap provided. Overall, a good value."

"My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay in the condo. Kathy was a wonderful host who responded to all questions very quickly. The condo itself was very clean, the pools are easy to access with amenity cards, and there were plenty of extra directions provided in the messaging tab of vrbo once the condo was booked to make getting to the condo and checking in a breeze. Parking is tight and meant for smaller vehicles but there are additional spaces nearby. The mini-fridge had plenty of room to store...

"As other reviews say, indeed the neighborhood is transitional, not a country club. But the unit itself was clean, cozy, and quiet. We felt safe and were impressed by all the details Tony provided to ensure our comfort. He was very responsive to communication and his good humor was evident in the helpful signs posted around the apartment with wifi code or other instructions. Although smart TV streaming services such as Netflix are not provided, that was a small tradeoff considering the other...

"Exactly the right place for the right price! Clean inside and decorated in a lovely artistic and homey way. Close to everything and a very serene eclectic vibe. We had a great time and looked forward to getting back “home” every evening. Within a short walk of literally everything you’d want to do in Charleston!"

"The room was very nice. There were four adults staying in the room. 2 bedrooms and each bedroom had its on bathroom and shower. The bedrooms were a little small but it worked fine. The host was excellent to deal with. Walk right to the beach and restaurant right next door made it very nice. Would definitely stay there again."
