“Fun and unique experience. Staff and staff dog attentive and happy to help. We went down to the restaurant that is delicious and open only early day and the staff was having a 5 person party...they welcomed us in and shared their pizza salad and chocolate. The area offered some fun things. Yankee Candle Village and a butterfly house”

“This was the absolutely perfect hotel for our college visits. Walkable to Smith and easy access to the other schools in the Five Colleges. There were so many cute shops, coffee shops with awesome coffee and bagels and restaurants to explore. Even with all that going on, the room was nice and quiet. The staff was so pleasant. Everything was just perfect!”

“The staff including the cleaning staff were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. When I called after we departed because I thought I might have left something behind they checked immediately and made a note to call me if it turned up which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. The walls, ceilings and floors are thin and every foot step above us sounded like a baby elephant; when using the bathroom you can hear people talking in the hall and the……

“Looked like short staffed but really didn’t need any service other than grab our trash. I think we have to ask for that because they did not. We were there two nights. Overall nice people. Area around not so wonderful. We got woke up at 1:30am fun shots on the road of the hotel. This hotel was clean and friendly though ”
