"Hosts were very friendly and communicative. Property was as described in a quiet hilltop neighborhood overlooking Charlotte Amalie. Very nice patio if you want to sit outside. A/C worked well on hot afternoons. Road to the property is a little tricky, but Google Maps did the job. Location is very central on the island, so nothing is very far away, but having a rental car will be helpful if renting here. Parking is available on premises."

"The safari taxi makes regular stops (about every 10-15 minutes?) at the driveway close to the unit which is a great deal at $1 a person per ride and a 5 minute trip to the St. John ferry and Red Hook area. Sapphire resort is nearby and has lots of food and drink options. Plentiful bath and beach towels and paper products provided.
