Expensive for what you get. Booked because it advertised a gym but it was very basic. Outdoor pool and hot tub, so could'nt use as it was raining most of our stay. Also have to pay for parking underground. Breakfast isnt available but there is a restaurant at the lobby and a Tap house on the side, which is awesome. We felt safe staying few days in the hotel. Beds were comfy and and roomy to move around.

Do your research and make sure you get to enjoy all that Vancouver has to offer. I missed out on a lot of sights because I failed to do so.
