Very clean. New bathroom reno would’ve been lovely but extremely small. Automatic toilet lid wouldn’t stay shut & kept opening because bathroom too small & we couldn’t avoid going past it. Nowhere to put clothes when showering. Bathroom sliding door frosted glass let light through into the dark room at night & didnt close properly. Horrible curtains were all crushed & looked about 20yrs old, & couldn’t close out light in the am. Bed rock hard. Decor on lounge & bed very cheap & nasty.

The property was handy to train station. Easy walk to Darling Harbour and shopping centre including QVB. We foundvthe room overall pretty clean exvept for mould in a bathroom cabinet. Friendly staff. The room had no tea towels.

It was a very pleasant stay. Also upon check in we were presented with a bottle of Merlot as they found out that we were celebrating the 31st anniversary of our first meeting in Chinatown (and we're still married.) Our suite had a self sufficient kitchen and it also has laundry facilities in the bathroom. The amenities are also readily available, dining options, grocery and other shopping are all nearby. We really enjoyed our short stay, we hope to go back next time and stay longer.

Very good location, helpful staff, facilities a bit dated but the price is very reasonable. Very spacious apartment, has everything you needed for a shot break. A surprise to find vivid Sydney is almost at your door stop.

The property is very old and the rooms reflect that. We found it had an odd smell and whilst the sheets were clean they also had a weird smell. The cupboards in the kitchen area had loose doors. The bathroom was ok but the shower wasn’t the best. Having said this-the location was perfect 😉

It was only a block away from Darling Harbour and very close to the train station. Huge room with a great view. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location and pool. Room dated and in need of a good overhaul and repair with loose floor tiles, old kitchen cabinets. A few cleanable areas that need to be cleaned (side of fridge). Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Light switches location poorly considered.

I was extremely disappointed staying here we had an early flight arrived at 9:30 ish and asked if we could check in early which we were told to leave our bags and come back in a hour clearly the room wasn’t ready and when we asked for a refund our room automatically got upgraded and apparently the system did it the night before whereas when asked if we could change our bed they said no coz the room we booked came with that bed only. I asked for the manager and he was so rude and so unprofessional I would never lie about anything and they accused me of lying where actually the staff member there told us to come back within an hour. The talk got heated and we just went to our room and then later on I came down and saw the manager and I apologised for raising my voice and all he said was yeah ok in the most rudest way he didn’t even apologise for what his staff said or anything acting like it’s all our fault. Had the worse experience here will never ever book with this hotel name ever again. I felt so disrespected and low they made me feel so bad about myself and had the worse time there. The sauna is not even properly and the swimming pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Just really disappointed and they honestly ruined my best friends 28th birthday
