"This is a very special property built as a place to enjoy the mild winter and dry air of Tucson. The rooms and grounds are meticulously maintained. The interior public spaces are grand, furnished with antique furniture built on site. The high standards for maintenance and the quality of the staff make this place as good as it ever was. On site amenities as good as can be found anywhere. "
"Really liked the property and what it had to offer. The pool area was really nice but the chair pads need to be updated as they are torn and old looking. The service at the pool was awesome! The rooms were big and comfortable. My only negative is that they are pretty dark, even with lights on but that’s minor. Enjoyed our stay! "
"Family dinner at Signature grill with 12 people… food was good, the next morning no buffet available… The prices à la cart are actually expensive, But there is no other options at 8:30 in the morning. I was charged 49 dlls for the resort fee, plus 15 dlls for some cleaning stuff, plus 35 dlls overnight valet, plus my room.. honestly, it was too much this time for just 24 hrs!"

"The hotel is located 1.6 miles from a large correctional facility complete with electric fence and wire around the top. Probably not located in the best area of town.
I would 10/10 still recommend this unique hotel. It was a lovely property with fabulous customer service. Every detail was well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay. "
