“First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't……

“We had such a wonderful time here with our family for the week. The pool and hot tub were great, the views were amazing. It was nice to have kayaks and a SUP as well. The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! I would say my only ideas to make the stay better would be jugs of water on site rather than having to buy a lot, an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, and this is a big one but the tile on the deck, stairs, and around the……

“This is the second time we have stayed at Palm Jewel, and we absolutely love the villa and will come back many more times. The pool is definitely what caught my eye the first time we booked Palm Jewel, but truly everything at the villa is perfect. The decor is lovely, kitchen is well stocked, and we felt we had lots of privacy. Sapodilla bay is just a few steps away and was lovely in the morning before everyone woke up. “This property was a great way to experience TCI! Quiet and out of the way yet with lots to do within walking distance! We loved Luz, the property manager and met great new friends on the courtyard! The owners were quick to respond to questions and the unit was located perfectly for easy in and out! Highly recommend. Would say to rent a car if you want to go to town but that is easy enough to do at the airport. ”

“Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!”

“This home is absolutely fantastic and was perfect for our family this April! The living outdoor spaces via the sliding doors was our favorite part - breeze was constant so no need for AC except at night in the bedrooms. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and beds are very comfortable! The property manager was great! The views and beach can’t be beat. You definitely need a rental car but you could walk to a few restaurants near the beach if you wanted. The path to the beach was easy for us but……

“The best part of this unit is the pool area and the private beach access and beach chairs and umbrellas, as mentioned by other reviewers. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially. The unit itself is a small studio with large windows that unfortunately open to the neighbouring patio on one side and to the walkway to the upper unit villa and pool on the other, so curtains stay closed unless you like people looking in. Poor soundproofing, folks in upper unit very loud starting at 6 am and……
