The staff was amazing. We came from an Alaskan cruise and my fiancé was very sick. They got us into a room very quickly so she could get into bed. We needed to heat up some soup, and a microwave was delivered to our room. Unbelievable customer service. If there’s a return visit to Vancouver, the Paradox Hotel is the place we’ll be.

The property is clean and luxury. We enjoyed our stay. The pool, bar and nightclub is top notch. I travelled with girlfriends, this was the best we stayed. Aira, Ronnie, Jam and Shaksam were such a friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended. We will be back.

The staff at Paradox hotel were superb! They were kind and helpful, making sure I fully understood all the perks the hotel and my Expedia VIP status offered! Excellent Hotel with great access to restaurants and high class shopping. Room was high tech and extremely comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add some anti slipping stickers in the shower. Wonderful stay.
