Clean, friendly staff, convenient location near train station, good breakfast, but a bit limited amenities, for example we got a welcome bottle of champagne that we could not consume as it was room temperature, and there's no refrigerator in the room, nor ice machine. Breakfast room is a bit small, but works and selection was great.

Wow !!! Where to start? Location is amazing, right next to the train station and across the water ferry station as well, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. I want to recognize Roberto (night shift) who made sure our forgotten passports and over $1000 euros cash we had left in the room safe were returned to us. We realized we had left our passports when we were already in Florence… imagine… thank you Roberto, Mauro, and the cleaning lady in charge! Your actions speak volume!!

Very close to the Venezia Santa Lucia train station and also to the water buses. Room was lovely and a very nice breakfast was included. There are no staff available on site as all bookings and inquiries are handled by their sister hotel across the road. We also had 2 flights of stairs to carry up suitcases. Other than that the room was comfortable and ticked all of our boxes for location.

Excellent stay. We were directed by a sign on the door to check in 50 meters down the road at Maggie Consiglio, which is really where we stayed. It was only a little confusing. It was hard to control the heat and we had to open window to lower temperature.

A comfortable hotel, very convenient location
A good stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly service. Convenient location for S. Lucia station. Check in was a little confusing because the hotel is actually across the alley and down from the signed entrance. Breakfast was very mediocre (eggs and bacon were cold my first morning), but there were other options. My only real caution would be to time your shower. When showering at 8:30am the water pressure dropped to barely a trickle, and got cold. I assume because many people were showering. Wasnt an issue the first morning at 7:30am.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Vatican museum, staffs are all friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced is the air-con noise, although we turned it off the whole night.

Loved it!
Such a great location! Less than 5 min walk from train station. The staff was so incredibly helpful - they helped answer silly tourist questions and even packed me a to go breakfast since my train was too early to make “standard” breakfast. Room was comfortable and although I could hear neighbors they were very respectful and quiet.
