The staff here was incredible! They went above and beyond to make our stay great with our pup. The room was wonderful, clean and super comfortable! There is a lot to do and places to eat and its all walkable. They also have a shuttle if you dont want to walk. It is a beautiful city and fun to explore. Lots of pet friendly things to do.

The staff was outstanding. This was our third visit and we were a bit high maintenance with some requests and they were very patient and accommodating. We had a suite which was perfect for two people with different needs.

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night during the week and would stay here again on our next trip to Victoria. The hotel is nicely situated within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The room was nicely sized and very clean. We found the staff very friendly and approachable. They allowed us to check in early and the $20 parking fee per night was reasonable.

Beds are very comfortable. Quiet with the windows and balcony door closed. Staff was kind, courteous and accommodating. It was nice to be able to talk to the gentleman that created the Lego replica of the hotel and he talked to the kids about different aspects of it and show them which room we were staying in. the only thing was the hot tub was a little too hot, but it was still nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back
