"I was kind of nervous about booking a place with little to no reviews. Pulling up to the house you’re not expecting much as the outside and yard it a little run down. The inside was clean and updated. Location was super convenient for checking out the state park and there’s a nice beach right down the street. Only other downside is the trains right across the street. Everything you need for a weekend of exploring. Kids had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"We stayed 3 nights, and had a great time. Everything was as described in the listing. The sun porch was nice, and really loved the coffee bar. We stayed when it was very warm for this time of year and the upstairs window air conditioner was a life (sleep) saver! Don't hesitate to book this property."

"The property is very nice. It looks like a quaint family cottage with a newer large addition. Everything worked perfectly and the views are gorgeous. Lakeside is on Sand Bay, and a few hundred yards in front is Riley Bay. Water on two sides. Property is within 15 minutes of our two favorite boat ramps to fish the Sturgeon Bay Area. Beds and amenities all good and the property manager is very responsive. Great place for families or fisherman. Twenty steps out the door and your toes are in Sand...

"We have stayed at this cottage several times now. We always enjoy our stay. The cottage has always been clean and is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The owners always leave treats for our enjoyment which is appreciated. The owners communicate promptly and are easy to work with. We are hoping to return again this summer. "Nice cabin, lots of extras. Right on the lake. Lots of birds and woodpeckers. Had a problem with heat instructions- when we got there it was rainy and cold. Had to get in touch with Jason. He told us how to turn the heat on after we sat in the cold for four hours! Next 2 days weather was per. Would recommend and would stay again!"
