Excellent service, great food, great views, great location. We stayed at the Krystal Grand Attitude Tower building, highly recommended. Sargassam seaweed was bad early in our stay 5/12-5/16 but cleared up last couple days. Checkout the Krystal Grand live webcam. It was very windy but that made for fun waves. Sadly the amazing snorkeling around the point we experienced in the 1980's, when the Hyatt was the Camino Real is completely gone (covered up by a new beach and seawall), but that seems to be the case everywhere.

Very bad customer service. Before we got there I called several times to speak with concierge to make arrangements for special services for my nephew that was getting married there and got no answer. Sent emails and the lady I message back and forth said that no pre arrangements were necessary that it was part of services included and they would place some sweets and a bottle of Prosecco in their room. I gave her the names and they would supposedly take care of it. We got there and nothing was done. And sorry later doesn’t cut it Would never go back there

Property was well kept and very well cleaned. All inclusive is very limited beyond the buffet. Most nights there are only 1 restaurant and the food that is included in the all inclusive menu is alright, nothing outstanding. Buffet is solid, good verity of food. Overall the resort is good for the price. Definitely nicer options but the location of the property is a huge factor.

The worse customer service ever. Before our arrival I tried contacting concierge and couldn’t ever speak with anyone until my husband contacted their manager and complained. After arrival we never got what was promised. No customer service whatsoever.

From the moment we got there they wanted us to upgrade. If we didn’t we would not receive the full all-inclusive benefits, no room service and excluded from a specific pool and a specific section of the resort. So we felt we had to upgrade. All restaurants (except the buffet) required reservations. You were not able to walk up to a sit down restaurant and be served without prior reservations The fish ceviche was amazing. Keep in mind they do not have any alcohol in the mini fridges. Only sodas and water.

Hot water took forever to heat up. Restaurants are only open on several days. Not all beach umbrellas are free to use. There are some that are exactly as the free ones but for a charge. Concierge is pesky about showing property for what Imagine is for time share proposals. Breakfast is good

My boyfriend and I went for my birthday. Our stay was great the staff was amazing, especially the girl working in take-a-bite, and so was our room. For my birthday dinner we went to the grill the service was kinda slow and the food was ok. But the next day we went to Ayami and did hibachi, the food was fantastic and our chef Hervi and server Eduardo were amazing, definitely made up for the day before. I would definitely recommend staying here.
