Oasis runaway program
Guests staying at this hotel can enjoy facilities at more than five partner hotels in the Cancún/Riviera Maya area for the day, including access to all food and beverage outlets, at no additional cost. Partner resorts are: Grand Oasis Playa, Oasis Cancún, Oasis Viva Beach, Oasis Palm Beach, Grand Oasis Riviera Maya, and Grand Oasis Caribbean Resort.
All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) of the date and time they plan to visit a partner hotel. Facilities at the Grand Oasis are not available to guests staying at Oasis sister resorts.
Honeymoon program
Honeymooners staying at Grand Oasis, Grand Oasis Playa, Oasis Cancún, and Grand Oasis Riviera Maya will receive a complimentary upgrade to suite accommodations (where available) or best possible accommodation (based on advance request and subject to availability); a bottle of champagne in their room; and one free night on their first anniversary’s return trip (minimum five-night stay) to the same hotel.
The anniversary trip also includes a room category upgrade and bottle of champagne.
