Guests staying at these Oasis hotels in the Cancún area: Oasis Palm Beach, Oasis Cancún, and Oasis Viva Beach, can enjoy facilities at the other two resorts for the day, including access to all food and beverage outlets, at no additional cost.
All guests must inform the Guest Services Desk (Oasis Plus Desk) at their hotel of the date and time they plan to visit a sister hotel.
Honeymoon program
All honeymooners staying at Oasis Palm Beach, Oasis Viva Beach, Grand Oasis Cancun, Oasis Cancún, Grand Oasis Playa, and Grand Oasis Riviera Maya will receive a complimentary upgrade to suite accommodations (where available) or best possible accommodation (based on advance request and subject to availability); a bottle of champagne in their room; and one free night on their first anniversary’s return trip (minimum five-night stay) to the same hotel.
