"Unfortunately the place is not what is on pictures, the rooms smell horrible. It's in a good location, but the property needs a very needed renovation, and clean up. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights, we couldn't stay one. Tried to cancel, but I haven't heard from the property nor Expedia and it's been more than a week."

"I liked everything about the Jardin hotel , a small hotel but big hospitality , every person at the desk was friendly and always with a smile . I stayed in the hotel in 2023 and again in 2024 and both times always welcomed and comfortable and when i return to cancun again in 2025 , i will stay at the Jardin hotel , as mentioned it is small so they serve breakfast or orther things like that but where they are located everything is within a short walking distance . Decent people with a good hotel...

"I loved Chichis and Charlie’s because of the locations being only steps away from the blues of the ocean. There were free lounging areas, and although simple, the free breakfast was enjoyable because of the views. Our room had amazing views being on the third floor, and I will book the same room when we return.
