Don’t like that the shuttle service is non-existent. The lady at the front desk in the morning was horribly rude and made us feel that she would do us a favor by sending us on a shuttle. The shuttle previous night wouldn’t take us because they didn’t have space and it was about to be the end time for the driver’s shift. Ended up taking uber on both trips and paid out of pocket.

Our room was a wheelchair accessible room. For an accessible room, it was extremely dark. There was very little light in the room itself. One of us is deaf, and I didn’t think to ask for a room there was one right next-door. But that room needs more light!!
