"We really enjoyed our stay at Kith Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. After our second night, the room was cleaned, but the bed covers were just thrown over the bed. The bed wasn’t made properly, and the ‘fitted’ sheet (which was just a flat sheet covering the mattress) had come off the bed and was all crumpled. There was no effort to...

"The property was handy to train station. Easy walk to Darling Harbour and shopping centre including QVB. We foundvthe room overall pretty clean exvept for mould in a bathroom cabinet. Friendly staff. The room had no tea towels."

"The place was clean and bright and light, which was lovely. Website says towels are provided but you are then asked to pay $15 to hire a towel (and this is not a straightforward process). The rule about not talking in the bedrooms seems too strict (what if you and your roommate/s want to talk??). Also, there is no lounge space to hang out (perhaps a table and chairs in the landing area?)."
