"The resort is great; however second night i had no hot water in my room. I did get an upgraded room the same day Beach area: quiet, private beach that is swimable, but too much grass near shore. "

"Caribe Hilton is a beautiful resort and we loved our stay there. The pools and views were amazing. The staff was super nice and we loved our room. Everything was very clean when we arrived and every day that housekeeping stopped by. The areas of improvement would be that there were two elevators and one was broken the entire time we were there so it took time to up and down. Also, hot water to shower was hard we had to wait a while for the water to warm up and play around with the knob to get it...
