"Great location on edge of Gothic area. We loved the rooftop bar and plunge pool. The room was spacious, ceilings were very high and the large window opened to a view below of busy street. The windows was well insulated and we didn’t hear any sound at night. One problem with the high ceilings was that the curtains were very difficult to open or close. "The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"
