"From the time my 4 year old son and I arrived everyone was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to interact with. Their airport shuttle service was A1 and Rene', Alejandro, Manny, the owner, and a wonderful lady (whom I didn't get her name) were great! The grounds were well kept and it is very clean. "Our plan was to stay 4 nights with our toddler girl , but then we extended 2 more days as we didnt want to do all the way to Varadero which was already booked. staff was really nice and friendly tried their best to maintain if we have any need and if were happy with the service , team was consist of educated, respectful and elegant people who worked there as a second job for extra income .
