"Great place but communication is poor. "

"The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!"

"Great Property. Beautiful inside. Clean and tidy. Well stocked for multiple days. Kitchen is loaded. You won’t need to bring much. Bright walls and tasteful nautical decor are calming and will remind you you’re steps from the beach. The location is wonderful and close to many places a traveler will need. We would stay again. A brand new building and rooms with well-designed floor plans with a water view from every room will sure to please. Watching the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular!"

"This place was super nice ! I feel that we may have been the first ones to stay in this. Newly renovated, everything in working order as described. The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if...

"The cottage was perfect for a weekend stay for my husband and I. We used this as a "baby moon" getaway before we are a family of 3. The short walk to the beach was perfect, even for a pregant momma. Close to Main street where you can find all types of great food. Also, a shirt distance to other towns in the area. I woukd definitely stay here again."

"I wanted a place close if not on the beach...walkable to town and a rental that did not require a third party to bring in sheets bedding etc. This place fit all my requirements and the owners made everything easy."
