"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Property is well maintained and staffed. The only issue was that our room smelled like old socks. They were fully booked and unable to provide another room. But did bring a bottle of Fabreeze. A clean scent in the room is as important as a clean room. "

"Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad....

"Lovely inn within walking distance of the theatres. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked. Nice free breakfast with steel cut oats and plenty of healthy toppings. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ashland. "
