"This was our first time in the Cape Ann area, and we sure did choose wisely on renting this home. The owners did a phenomenal job remodeling this home. It is extremely well appointed, and the attention to details was great. It really was a 5 minute walk to Good Harbor Beach where we took some amazing pics including a spectacular sunrise. The home was convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the restaurants. We absolutely will stay here again, and think you should too."

"As I stated in the guest book, this was our first time to the New England area. Took in all the sights, sounds, shopping and great food! The locals are warm and welcoming! The Periwinkle Cottage certainly didn’t disappoint. Everything was quaint, clean and charming; well thought out and stocked. I would highly recommend!!"

"This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage."

"The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with."

"2 large windows look out over the roof tops at Cape Ann light, short walk to the shore for views of the Twin Lights. Easy car access to Gloucester, Rockport, Halibut Point State Park. Very quiet and the hosts are very thoughtful."
