The room was great (clean, spacious), but overall, the property is not something I would recommend. There is nothing nearby so once you're there, you're stuck. There are around 5 restaurants but they aren't open every day - so you're constantly trying to figure out where you can eat. There are times of the day when nothing is open so you are hungry with no options. They have a point system for you to get snacks/drinks from the little onsite market but there is no food there except twix and m&ms. Staff constantly badger you to join their "time-share" -and I mean, it's relentless. Breakfast buffet was good and the steakhouse was good, but other food options were not great. The Landshark had literally 1 beer on tap even though they claim to be a brewery. The food there was not even edible. I checked in at 5:30pm and was told my "room wasn't ready" and would have to wait an hour. When I confronted them about this, all of a sudden it was ready immediately. Then they told me some made up story about how the owner of the hotel was staying in there the night before and had a late check out - the owner of the hotel was staying in a mid-level room when there are way better rooms on property? I don't think so. The entertainment by the pool was boring - it was the same DJ for 5 days in a row yelling into a PA system and telling the same lame jokes. Every day, the same activities were planned to entertain you. We were bored to tears.

The resort was beautiful; the pictures online are a great realistic description. Some staff memebers seem to cater more to the Caucasian staff and that was a little disappointing. The resort did not allow me to experience the "Adult only" benefits due to them allowing kids to be on the adult side and in our pool. I didnt even feel comfortable wearing certain swimsuits because kids were around. Besides that I really enjoyed the resort

The property is beautiful and relatively new. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The drinks are great the food not so much. Be prepared to spend more for the better food options. Nightlife needs some pizazz but they do have a silent disco event that’s so fun. We’d go back for a 4 night stay again but wouldn’t do any longer than that.

Rooms were beautiful and the pools were great. The food was ok. The main issue was the temperature of the room stayed around 74 degrees and the concierge who harassed about prestige then got really upset when I had to get mad and tell him no we were not going through presentation. Met a lot of really nice people and Overall we still had a good time.

This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at in the world! The service was top notch, food was incredible, pool games and entertainment were great and the whole resort was spotless.
