I didn’t realize the property was connected to the owners house so I feel bad about checking in around midnight with 2 young kiddos who woke up following our travels but the owners did not approach us to express any issue with this. Located in a quant neighborhood close to downtown. Would stay there again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay and Raleigh. This home was very cozy and comfortable. We had other friends visit the house to play Pickleball in the backyard. Plenty of chairs for everyone to sit around the fire pit paddles and balls included. We played all day into the night. Well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bedding. "The first night of our two night stay the temperature dipped down into the 30s. The heat provided was inadequate. We lived in a similar trailer and the central gas heat (propane) was not hooked up. The “heat strip” attached to the air conditioner puts out tepid air- not heat. Also, 96% of the lights are activated at the fixtures on the ceiling. Fortunately, my husband is tall - I couldn’t reach them. In the plus column, however, the owners were super sweet! For the price, this was an OK deal."

"The decor of the house was definitely unique, very spacious and clean. The property itself was beautiful. The water made the surroundings peaceful and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was beyond responsive. She was right on top of things anytime I needed her. I love that the location seemed remote but was close to everything. Would visit again."
