It is close to the local grocery so we could pick up a few staples for meals and snacks depending on our desire to cook (or not!) in the well appointed kitchen. "Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Fruit and water on arrival. Very helpful hosts both Juliana on site and Andrea who lives elsewhere. Juliana was very kind and caring and went out of her way to makes us feel welcome. Very homely. Beach is a good 15 minute walk down and up a hill. Would advise hiring a car due to heat and hills! Pigeon beach lovely, Reduit beach near Rodney bay lovely but lots of beach assistants very helpful but not as calm as Pigeon beach. Beautiful raw and authentic island....
