It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. "This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....

There were restaurants, breakfast places and shopping all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again."

The apartment was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the suggestions for entertainment and restaurants in the area. Folly beach was so easy to access and very close by. "We rented the property during our sons graduation. It is in the heart of downtown Charleston, walking distance to a lot. It has a soul restaurant literally 20 steps from it. It comes with the challenges of an old house, but at the same time it was quaint. It was very clean and has everything you will need. I would gladly stay again."
