"When arriving you can park in the front entrance in a max 15 min spot to go check in and unload your vehicle. By the elevators is where you get your luggage rollers to assist with baggage . Check in was a breeze I paid through a third party site. You do have to leave a $100 deposit by credit card once you arrive. It is refundable. "Staff was amazing. I’ve been in the hotel industry for 20 years, and I tend to be critical in the visible and invisible signs of a good hotel and this property hit them all. The guy at check in (last name Miller) and the young lady I saw multiple times (carts on Sunday, concierge on Monday) were great.
