"Awesome well kept older country home. We stayed at the Tucker Family Farm for two (2) nights for the GHSA High School Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Hartwell. It is about 15 minutes from Broyles Boat Ramp, 15 minutes from Lake Hartwell Fishing and Marine Store and about 25 minutes from the Tugaloo State Park Mega Ramp. The cottage has a covered free-standing carport to keep a single boat covered from the weather and two (2) outdoor receptacles (75 foot power cord needed) for charging your boat....

The listing showed a hot tub, but there isn't a hot tub on the property, and we noticed later there isn't one in the pictures. Overall, a nice rental with an accessible, friendly host. "The location of this property is beautiful. Nestled on a wooded lot. Very private and beautiful. There is so much potential in this property. The only downsides were certain areas could have used a little TLC. The upstairs deck was not to code and it was missing a picket in the rail system that someone could have easily fallen through. I am almost certain bees are building their nest inside the soffit on the back upstairs deck area. The coffee pot did not work. All this and I am almost certain...
