"This was our first time visiting Cancun and we loved the experience! I appreciate all of the staff hospitality and attendance. The Riu is so beautiful and amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel smells so beautiful! The only small issue was that our room air conditioner did not works as well and the toilet did not flush well. Overall that was minor but the all inclusive was amazing and we will back back soon. Thanks for the experience and the beautiful resort!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed for 8 nights in the tower suite and the entire stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and remembered us wherever we went, might be because we always left a tip, but it was nice to have the waiters and bartenders remember what we like to drink. Our butler jessica was also very helpful with reservations and anything we needed really. The entire resort was very clean and we enjoyed the food. The tacos at the mexican seafood restaurant at lunch time are a must have. Included with our suite was a vip lounge where they served a mini buffet for breakfast and lunch, also the one area where we could get a bloody mary and mimosa before the bars even opened. Rusmel, the waiter there got to know us pretty well and he was just a pleasure to see every morning. Very kind and funny man who knows how to make a great bloody mary!"

"My wife and I were there for our 28th anniversary. Overall we an amazing time. The check-in process was slow as we arrived when many other guests did and only 2 attendees were working so this took a while. Once checked in we realized that the restaurants required reservations which are done through their app, however they were all full for the 4 nights we were there. The customer host Jessica was great and sat down with us and was able to book us 3 separate dinner reservations immediately. The buffet food was pretty good especially for breakfast but we really enjoyed the nicer restaurants for dinner and wine. One downside to this property was there was major construction going on right next door on a new resort. This was noisy at the pool and beach so we spent a lot of time at their sister property Royal Solaris just a short walk up the beach. They had a much larger beachfront property with more pools, beach chairs and umbrellas and we could still use our wristbands for food, drinks, towels etc. so it was like having 2 resorts in 1 which was very good to change things up. The staff and bartenders at both places were very friendly and worked hard to keep guests happy. We have stayed at many Cancun properties over the years and we would certainly come back to this one. "
